Cornerstone Contractors Inc. is a development company formed in 1996. As a licensed and insured general contractor, we have maintained an unwavering focus on providing the highest quality custom homes and thoughtfully designed developments for our clients.
Recent increases in the costs of construction and building materials, however, have limited opportunities for home ownership. Many, if not most, of our transitional home builds are out of reach for the average buyer. In an effort to make home ownership an affordable reality, we began looking for options which would allow us to maintain our high standards for quality and create a reasonably priced product. Tiny homes became the clear choice!
